Akeel Abed, who is from Iraq, is the chef and owner. The store has a small Middle Eastern market with cooking ingredients such as tahini, grape leaves and specialty pita bread. Takeout items include falafel, shish kebabs, biryani rice dishes and a variety of sandwiches. The catering will feature mansif, which are rice dishes topped with various ingredients, and on-site grilling of kebabs. Hours are 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.
