Bury Park Jamie Masjid was established in 1975 and was one of the first masajid in Luton. Originally consisting of one terraced house in Bury Park Road, Luton, constant the masjid has now grown to a capacity of approximately 2000. The masjid, in its endeavours to be the focal point of the community, has also established two dedicated separate boys and girls schools. These are in addition but separate from the after-school Arabic and Quran study classes.
