Working at Hilton International Hotel in Sydney, Australia, Chef (affactionatly called by regulars) made his classic and traditional mediterranean dishes and taught other chefs how to prepar Mediteranean food. After fifteen consequative years in Sydney Chef traveled all over the world and taught the art of Mediterranean food at many of Hiltons International Hotels. Traveling from coast to coast he settled down in michigan to open his own restaurant. With a small staff of two waitresses and an abundance of regulars you will come to know and love Chef Restaurant.
