The most traditional custom in Kyrgyzstan – as all people — is hospitality. To meet the guest with honor, to serve him — a sign of generosity. Traditionally dear guest slaughtered lamb. A sheep is considered a symbol of earthly life, well-being. Custom treats guests with lamb meat, cutting the lamb into pieces had a deep meaning. Each part of the lamb was presented strictly to a particular person in a particular order.
