Masjid Bilal was formed in the late 1990's to serve the growing needs of the Muslims in the Western Detroit area. The masjid also operates Madrasah Bilal at this location. Masjid Bilal has opened additional masjid in Canton, MI (2011). At all these locations, five time daily salah (prayers) and Friday salah are led by highly qualified and experienced Imams.
