These mosques are open to every Muslim no matter what Islamic legal school they follow. Our non Muslim friends including media and local and state officials are always welcome. The Muslim community is nationally diverse. Almost every Muslim country is represented at our center. Participants come from different backgrounds from all over the world. We also have a large local Muslim population including Hispanics represented at our center. The mosque officers do not promote any school of thought, but only request that members follow the Holy Qur’an and the Sunna (sayings and deeds) of the prophet Muhammad. They believe that all mosques are houses of Allah/God and should be a place of peace and comfort for everyone.
