The mosque named Askar Zinurova - prayer room was officially registered Muslim community of the city, acting as a part of the Spiritual administration of Muslims of the Republic of Altai. Great mosque of Gorno-Altaisk can accommodate more than three hundred believers. Near the mosque is the madrasah - Sunday school for children and women.
