We welcome you to the NEW Swagat. Swagat is currently under new ownership and the restaurant has been under new management since late October 2010. Humayun Khan took over the restaurant with a new team of veteran chefs Belal (Head chef) & Jashim (Tandoori chef) who have been crafting savory, spicy and colorful dishes for years. The culturally rich environment provides an array of Mughlai influenced dishes ranging from chicken, goat, lamb, seafood, vegetarian, and tandoor (clay oven) specialties. The origins of each dish can be traced back to the times of the Mughal Empire. Everything is cooked to perfection with a combination of fresh ingredients, spices, herbs, and aromatic sauces. Visitors can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere with a blend of sophisticated flavors that reflect the vibrancy of authentic Indian cuisine.
