MQI in charge of Minhaj ul Quran International, or in Danish "Way to Quran" was founded in 1981 in Pakistan. Organization founder and director Prof. Dr. Tahir ul Qadri quickly got very strong support from the people of Pakistan for his message about the spread of education and knowledge, welfare, basic human understanding and tolerance for differences.
