Layalina is a family owned and operated establishment. Rima, owner and executive chef, fills her cooking with love and special attention. Her creations entice all, especially the food critiques of the Washingtonian Magazine and the Washington Post Magazine. All of our recipes come from a combination of Lebanese and Syrian ancestry dating back many generations. Each dish is prepared fresh as if it were made in our own home.
