The owners KIASU specially selected chefs from this area, to reflect the diversity of cuisine. We are very pleased and confident to offer you this lovely culinary experience from the Straits. The word ?KIASU? in the Chinese language, dialect means ?afraid to be second best?. So in typical ?KIASU? tradition, we guarantee that all items displayed on the menu are very popular dishes from different parts of the Straits and its neighbours in the far East and they are all made using tried and tested original recipes, some of which date back about 30 years. All the ingredients used are authentic and original recipes. They are delivered fresh and many of them specially imported to meet this standard. Each dish is presented and decorated as the original.
